01 Overview
At FM DIGIPOWER PVT. LTD., we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring a fair, transparent experience for all our clients. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our Services, and the process for requesting one.
This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By engaging our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Commitment If we ever fall short of the agreed scope, we will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution — whether through revisions, additional work, or a refund where appropriate.
02 Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid Services provided by FM DIGIPOWER PVT. LTD., including:
- Website design, development, and maintenance.
- Digital marketing and advertising management.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.
- Branding, graphic design, and visual identity.
- Social media management and content creation.
- Consulting, strategy, and retainer-based services.
This policy applies to payments made directly to FM DIGIPOWER PVT. LTD. through our official invoices, bank transfers, or approved payment gateways.
03 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following table summarizes common scenarios:
You May Be Eligible If
- We fail to deliver the agreed scope of work without valid cause.
- You cancel within the cooling-off period (see Section 10).
- Duplicate or accidental payment was made.
- Work has not yet commenced on the project.
- We materially breach the signed SOW.
You Are Not Eligible If
- Work has already been delivered or substantially performed.
- Delays are caused by the Client (missing assets, feedback, approvals).
- You simply change your mind after work has begun.
- Results did not meet subjective expectations (e.g., marketing performance).
- Third-party costs have already been incurred (see Section 04).
04 Non-Refundable Items
The following charges are strictly non-refundable, as they represent costs already incurred or work already performed:
- Third-party costs — domain registrations, hosting fees, SSL certificates, premium plugins, software licenses, and stock assets purchased on your behalf.
- Advertising spend — amounts paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or any other ad platform.
- Completed milestones — any project phase that has been delivered and approved.
- Retainer services — monthly fees for ongoing services (SEO, social media, marketing) once the billing cycle has commenced.
- Consulting hours — time already spent in strategy sessions, audits, or advisory calls.
- Custom development work — code, designs, or creative assets already produced.
Please Note Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
05 Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued. This typically applies when:
- A project is cancelled mid-way and certain milestones have been completed.
- Deliverables were partially provided but not to the agreed standard.
- The scope of work was reduced after the engagement began.
Partial refund amounts will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the value of work already performed, third-party costs incurred, and any non-refundable charges. All calculations will be documented and shared with you in writing.
